Required Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD) or Graduate Degree in Healthcare Administration
• 10+ years of healthcare operations leadership, preferably with startup experience
• Experience in managing budgets while maximizing service delivery and profitability
• Proven track record in recruiting and managing high-performing teams
• Passion for social justice and equity
