Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the nonprofit sector
• Previous experience in C-level roles within national nonprofits
• Deep knowledge of operations, finance, talent management, and organizational culture
• Experience working with Boards of Directors and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives
• Familiarity with K12 education, youth development, and civic engagement issues
