Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will oversee operational aspects and collaborate with the CEO to drive organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans and organizational goals
• Oversee daily operations across all departments and programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage vendor relationships, strategic partnerships, and the organization's marketing and communications strategies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
• Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
• Minimum 15 years of management experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Demonstrated experience in operations management, strategic planning, and organizational development
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience
