Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize end-to-end patient operations by translating strategic vision into operating plans and improving operational excellence
• Design and meet operations targets to enhance access and outcomes, influencing revenue and margin metrics
• Lead organizational development and scaling efforts, including workflow automation and cross-functional process standardization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior operating role in telehealth or tech-enabled healthcare services
• Experience managing multi-layer teams and making performance management decisions
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and unit economics, including operational performance metrics
• Proven ability to build or improve operating systems that enhance performance
• Strong command of operational analytics and tools such as Sheets and dashboards
