Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategy, operating plans, and growth targets for assigned business units
• Own end-to-end P&L responsibility, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability
• Oversee core operational functions through functional leaders, including supply chain, fulfillment, and customer support

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a COO, GM, or senior operator role within an e-commerce or consumer brand
• At least 2 years of experience in a rigorous analytical environment, such as consulting or private equity
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and success in scaling revenue while improving margins
• Deep understanding of e-commerce growth levers
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and align teams
