Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of the company, including finance, compliance, and people operations
• Directly manage functional leads and drive organizational design decisions
• Oversee the operating budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, with at least 4+ in a senior leadership role
• Track record of scaling a startup through a growth inflection point
• Deep familiarity with web3 infrastructure and regulatory environments
• Experience managing globally distributed teams
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to read a P&L and challenge a budget
