Key Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategies to align business goals with execution plans
• Design and implement scalable systems, including organizational structure and workflow processes
• Coach leadership teams and attorneys on accountability and operational discipline

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or senior operational leader
• Proven experience in scaling businesses from $10M to $30M+ in revenue
• Strong background in service-based businesses
• Experience in building scalable operational systems
• Leadership coaching and accountability management experience
