Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in high-growth environments with experience in scaling operations
• Proven experience in building systems from early-stage to scale
• Strong financial and KPI ownership experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Healthcare, health-tech, or provider network experience is strongly preferred
