Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build and scale the operational backbone of the brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end operational infrastructure for a modern brokerage
• Translate company vision into operational frameworks, KPIs, and execution plans
• Partner with Compliance and Legal leadership to ensure all operations meet regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within brokerage, fintech, or financial services
• Proven experience building and scaling operational infrastructure in a high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of brokerage operations, including trade lifecycle and client onboarding
• Strong knowledge of regulatory environments (CFTC, NFA, SEC, or equivalent)
• Experience managing vendor ecosystems including clearing firms and market data providers
