Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrator / Chief Operating Officer to manage day-to-day operations and partner with the Visionary/Founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for results and performance
• Own financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Build and optimize systems, processes, and workflows to support efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in running or scaling a business or division
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and hold accountable within a mission-driven culture
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution
• Experience in scaling revenue and operations in a growth-stage organization
• Preferred experience operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
