Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate the organization's strategic vision into operational plans and ensure alignment with business goals
• Implement scalable and efficient business processes to improve performance and quality
• Ensure all operations meet regulatory requirements and oversee the creation of policies and audit readiness programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or pharmacy preferred
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in PBM, managed care, or related healthcare operations
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Administration services and regulatory requirements
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and foster operational excellence
