Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

Chief Operating Officer is a full-time, salaried position responsible for overseeing enterprise operations, including IT, HR, Finance, and Legal, while ensuring scalable and mission-aligned internal systems and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of the operating model across various functions
• Provide executive oversight of financial strategy, planning, and performance
• Oversee the People & Culture function to attract, develop, and retain talent

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive senior leadership experience
• Experience in scaling organizations in nonprofit, for-profit, or hybrid environments
• Direct oversight experience in Finance, HR, IT, and Legal/Business Affairs
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; CPA or similar credential a plus
• Prior experience working with Boards and Board committees
