Job Summary

Leading day-to-day operations for a nonprofit organization, the full-time Chief Operating Officer will oversee program execution, marketing, and development efforts while collaborating with the executive leadership team and ensuring alignment with strategic goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage organizational operations and internal management systems to ensure effective coordination across various functions
• Partner with the CEO to implement strategic priorities and monitor progress toward organizational goals
• Provide oversight for marketing and communications activities to enhance organizational visibility and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership and operational management experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and organizational operations
• Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, and revenue-generating initiatives
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
