Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit organization, the full-time Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee operational strategies, enhance organizational infrastructure, and ensure compliance while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with impact, growth, and sustainability goals
• Streamline operational processes and establish clear communication across teams
• Integrate technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of nonprofit leadership experience, preferably in a COO or Operations Director role
• Experience in organizing or social justice spaces with a strong understanding of operations and compliance
• Proven ability to evaluate and optimize operational technology systems
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and operational analytics
