Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably as a COO or similar position
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• Experience in managing diverse teams and driving organizational change
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred
