Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Chief Operating Officer, the full-time remote role will own the P&L, build operational systems from the ground up, and manage team performance while supporting the founders in scaling the business across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L across business units, setting targets and driving outcomes
• Build accountability infrastructure, including KPIs, scorecards, and process automations
• Directly manage department heads, ensuring clarity on expectations and performance management

Required qualifications

• Verifiable P&L ownership with documented revenue growth or margin improvement
• Experience operating across at least two domain families: GTM, Ops/Finance, and People
• Proven ability to build operational infrastructure from scratch
• Experience making critical people decisions, including exits and restructures
• In-house operating experience within a founder-led company, managing teams of 30+
