Job Summary

To support multiple law firm owners, the full-time Chief Operating Officer will design scalable operational frameworks, conduct diagnostics to eliminate bottlenecks, and implement accountability measures, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable operational frameworks for small businesses
• Conduct operational diagnostics to identify profit leaks and workflow stalls
• Implement KPI dashboards to ensure data-driven management and accountability

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of operational leadership experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or Head of Operations
• Extensive hands-on experience working directly with small-to-mid-sized business owners
• Proven success in scaling businesses ranging from $1M to $35M
• A builder mentality with experience transforming chaotic environments into smooth operations
• Strong founder psychology with the ability to collaborate and push back on entrepreneurial visionaries
