Job Summary

Partnering with the Chief Executive Officer, the full-time salaried Chief Operating Officer will drive the execution of strategic priorities, ensure alignment between organizational goals and daily operations, and oversee core business functions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance across cross-functional teams to align with SERI's long-term vision and annual goals
• Coach and manage the Management Team to achieve strategic plans in Marketing, Business Operations, and Certifications
• Architect and scale organizational structures to maximize efficiency and enhance program delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of executive leadership experience managing other leaders
• Advanced business acumen in HR, Finance/Accounting, Legal, and Compliance
• Strategic operational decision-making experience with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operations
• Expertise in policy and documentation development, workflow design, and optimization
