Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

Leading the operational transformation of the organization, the full-time hybrid Chief Operating Officer will manage the design and deployment of the business operating system, oversee enterprise operations, and partner closely with the CEO and C-suite executives to drive strategic initiatives across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational model and frameworks that ensure coherence across business units and geographies
• Design and implement an AI-enabled business operating system that scales and adapts over time
• Support the CTO in rebuilding the engineering and delivery capabilities while driving performance management through metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a C-suite or equivalent executive role within an engineering-led company
• Proven track record in leading large-scale organizational transformations and managing multiple functions simultaneously
• Strong background in governance frameworks, OKR design, and cross-functional program delivery
• Demonstrated experience with AI and agentic systems, including hands-on experimentation
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience
