Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven business, the remote Chief Operating Officer will own Boldr's operating infrastructure and financial performance, ensuring alignment across functions while driving operational excellence and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own decision-making processes and establish an operating cadence to align all functions with strategic goals
• Partner with the CRO to ensure operational capabilities meet commercial commitments and identify growth opportunities
• Lead the development and implementation of systems and technology that enhance operational efficiency and data visibility

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of senior executive leadership with accountability for financial performance and operating systems
• Proven experience leading multi-geo operations across different cultures, ideally including emerging markets
• Direct P&L or budget ownership in a services or high-growth environment
• Strong financial acumen and experience in implementing core operating systems
• Experience in mission-driven, B-Corp, or ESG-aligned organizations is preferred
