Job Summary

To drive the next stage of growth for a market-leading facility intelligence platform, the fully remote President/COO will assume broad operating and P&L leadership, collaborating with the CEO and Board to enhance market strategies and achieve sustainable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve go-to-market execution
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to translate complex products into clear value propositions
• Oversee full P&L management, including disciplined capital allocation and building repeatable operational disciplines

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of five years in a senior executive role
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a scaling B2B SaaS environment
• Experience in translating complex workflows into differentiated customer value propositions
• Full P&L leadership experience with a focus on profitability
• Strong collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and build trust across functions
