Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple business units, including sales, operations, customer contact centers, business advising, facilities, and IT
• Oversee customer-facing activities, sales delivery, operations, and IT to achieve long-term objectives
• Ensure proper staffing, resources, and operational controls are in place for efficient and effective growth and impact

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 20 years of experience, including 10-12 years in senior leadership roles in small business lending
• Previous experience in sales management, lending, and operations in financial institutions or credit unions
• Demonstrated knowledge of management, operations, and administration principles
• Proven leadership ability with strong employee development experience
• Extensive experience leading and managing critical projects
