Chief Operating Officer & Chief Product Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Chief Product Officer (CPO).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability
• Translate operational challenges into scalable product and system solutions, driving automation and AI adoption
• Build and operationalize dashboards for performance monitoring and data-informed decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of experience in operations, product, or general management roles
• Prior experience as a COO, Head of Operations, VP Operations, and/or Head of Product
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, including multi-state models
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems and processes from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
