Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain organizational architecture and governance models for compliance and expansion
• Lead global financial strategy and manage a multi-currency treasury
• Establish a workforce strategy to attract and retain talent while fostering an inclusive culture
• Act as the lead for enterprise risk management and ensure compliance with regulators

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience leading operations in key jurisdictions (US, UK, Canada, or Australia)
• Track record of diagnosing institutional bottlenecks and driving strategic execution
• Prior experience in a multi-functional leadership role within a global non-profit
• Qualified Accountant (CPA, CA, ACCA) or demonstrated executive-level financial responsibility
• Deep understanding of restricted fund accounting and donor compliance
