Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR and People leadership experience, including executive-level roles
• Experience as a CPO or equivalent in a high-growth organization
• HR leadership experience in a publicly traded company
• Proven ability to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational growth
• Strong analytical background with experience in using data to guide decisions
