Job Summary

Chief People Officer, this remote, full-time position involves leading the people strategy, organizational design, and leadership systems to support the company's strategic priorities and foster a mission-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to enhance organizational effectiveness and accountability
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy, including leadership development and succession planning
• Design performance management systems that align with organizational goals and reinforce accountability

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in People & Culture and organizational development
• Proven experience in leading organizations through significant change and scaling growth-stage companies
• Extensive experience advising CEOs and Boards on organizational design and leadership capability
• Track record of maintaining professional discipline within a mission-driven culture
• Experience managing people strategy in a remote-first or distributed organization
