Job Summary

To shape and evolve the People function at Pearl Health, the full-time Chief People Officer will oversee recruiting, HR, employee experience, and performance management in a remote environment, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing system while advising leadership on talent and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transformation of the People function by optimizing tools, automation, and processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies while enhancing performance management frameworks and workforce planning capabilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design and sensitive employee matters, ensuring alignment with company strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in People, Talent, or HR leadership roles, preferably in high-growth, venture-backed companies
  • Proven track record of improving and scaling People functions over time
  • Experience operating at or near the executive level with exposure to leadership and board-level discussions
  • Strong background in recruiting, performance management, compensation, and organizational design
  • Tech-first orientation with experience in implementing People tools and data-driven decision-making
