Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Chief Privacy Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and oversee the enterprise privacy program, ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA
• Provide guidance on privacy implications and data-handling practices to technology and business units
• Lead privacy awareness initiatives and ensure third-party compliance with privacy obligations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance roles
• At least 5 years of experience leading privacy or compliance teams
• Demonstrated experience advising senior leadership and managing large-scale initiatives
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international privacy laws and regulatory frameworks
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
