Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead an agile team to drive strategic and operational initiatives
• Develop and advance the AI transformation strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead data governance and analytics initiatives to enhance decision-making and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years in data, analytics, and AI with a background in scaled implementation
• 10+ years on an executive leadership team, preferably generating $500M+
• Advanced degree in business, technology, data science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Extensive experience in AI technologies and digital transformation at the executive level
• Proven ability to connect AI capabilities to business value and deliver measurable ROI
