Chief Product Officer

Job Summary

To redefine the real estate market, the full-time remote Chief Product Officer will set the vision and strategy for an innovative agentic-first platform, taking products from concept to launch while leading a world-class team and collaborating across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an agentic-first real estate platform
• Lead the development of products from inception to scaling, focusing on rapid iteration and user feedback
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to align the organization behind a coherent product strategy

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and shipping products, particularly in 0-to-1 scenarios
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including experience with LLMs or agent frameworks
• Ability to make bold, calculated decisions under uncertainty and embrace smart failures
• Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or AI research is a plus
• Technical background or capability to engage deeply with engineering teams on product architecture
