Chief Product Officer

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team in a fully remote environment, the Chief Product Officer will drive product innovation and strategy, oversee R&D and product development, and ensure the creation of science-backed formulations that meet market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a best-in-class product team, setting a clear vision and ensuring seamless collaboration
• Drive innovation strategy by identifying emerging categories and championing evidence-backed product development
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver effective go-to-market strategies that translate product innovation into business results

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within supplements or functional food sectors
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer products from concept to commercialization
• Deep knowledge of formulation science, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory affairs in the supplement or food industry
• Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams across R&D, development, science, and quality
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to connect product decisions to brand and growth outcomes
