Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Product & Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision for the platform, ensuring scalability and security
• Own the product roadmap from discovery to delivery, translating customer needs into priorities
• Build and lead a high-output engineering team, establishing best practices and clear communication with leadership

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior engineering or product-engineering leadership role at a SaaS company
• Demonstrable hands-on coding ability with recent production software experience
• Track record of owning both the product roadmap and technical execution
• Experience scaling a SaaS platform in a regulated industry, with familiarity in HIPAA and/or SOC 2
• Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into a SaaS product
