• Empower and support artists through training and development initiatives

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in program management within diverse communities
• 5+ years of team management experience with a focus on collaboration
• 2+ years of experience in narrative and cultural strategy program implementation
• Experience in networking leaders and/or leading artist cohorts is preferred
• Cultural fluency and experience working with diverse communities
