Job Summary

To architect and scale the revenue ecosystem, the full-time Chief Revenue Officer will develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies, oversee marketing and sales alignment, and drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's overall revenue strategy while owning performance across Marketing, Intake, Sales, Client Success, and Retention
  • Oversee marketing strategy, lead generation, and campaign performance, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales teams
  • Drive customer retention and engagement initiatives, improving referral generation and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or growth functions
  • Executive-level ownership of both Sales and Marketing organizations
  • Proven record of driving significant revenue growth across multiple departments
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
  • Experience in membership, subscription, or recurring revenue business models
