Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive revenue growth and Go-To-Market effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and refine the Go-To-Market strategy, including segmentation and pricing
• Lead the Sales organization, ensuring pipeline health and sales productivity
• Develop and execute a partner strategy to enhance revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience with direct revenue accountability
• Senior leadership experience within U.S. healthcare or related fields
• Proven track record in scaling organic revenue growth and improving forecasting discipline
• Strong background in pricing strategy and enterprise contract structures
