Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full revenue number, including new business, expansion, renewal, and retention across all segments
- Design and execute a go-to-market strategy to scale from $30M to $100M ARR while maintaining profitability
- Lead and scale a global revenue organization, fostering a performance-driven culture and recruiting top talent
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS company from $20-40M to $100M+ ARR in a revenue leadership role
- Direct experience closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with large enterprise customers
- Experience leading a global revenue organization with over 50 team members
- Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics and experience running a profitable operation
- Minimum 15 years of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CRO or equivalent role
