Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial leadership experience in healthcare or digital health
• Proven success in scaling organizations and managing complex commercial transformations
• Experience in payer and employer sales, particularly in Medicare and large self-insured accounts
• Strong understanding of value-based care and healthcare economics
• Demonstrated ability to build phased, multi-year commercial operating plans
