Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven growth strategy while owning end-to-end revenue responsibility
  • Build and scale a globally integrated go-to-market (GTM) engine across Sales and Customer Success
  • Drive customer success strategies to maximize lifetime value and systematically expand revenue within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Proven senior go-to-market leadership experience in B2B SaaS with responsibility for significant revenue
  • Demonstrated success in scaling from founder-led sales to process-driven revenue organizations
  • Strong commercial background across Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
  • Deep understanding of modern pipeline economics, forecasting, and revenue operations
  • Experience in enterprise sales and complex B2B buying environments
