Key Responsibilities

• Oversee department heads to foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Monitor market trends and competitor movements to refine strategies and drive shared objectives across departments

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in a technology-focused B2B or B2B2C environment within the Animal Health or Pet Care industries
• 5+ years in a senior executive role overseeing multiple commercial departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for revenue scaling
• Deep understanding of the veterinary and pet care market dynamics
