Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and data-driven Chief Revenue Officer to architect and unify the entire revenue ecosystem, the full-time remote position will oversee marketing, sales, client success, and retention to drive sustainable growth and optimize revenue performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall revenue strategy while owning performance across Marketing, Intake, Sales, and Retention
- Oversee marketing strategy and lead generation efforts, continuously optimizing messaging and customer acquisition channels
- Drive client retention and expansion initiatives, improving engagement and lifetime value through innovative strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or growth functions
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth while overseeing multiple revenue-generating departments
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue operations
- Experience building and scaling systems, teams, and processes in high-growth environments
- Strong financial acumen and forecasting experience
