Job Summary

Hands-on and strategic, the full-time Chief Revenue Officer will lead revenue-generating functions across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to scale a cloud infrastructure company from $6M ARR to $18M ARR, working remotely with occasional travel as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Own strategic revenue growth and key accounts by guiding complex sales negotiations and customer engagements
  • Drive land-and-expand strategies to enhance customer acquisition and lifetime value in collaboration with Customer Success and Product teams
  • Optimize sales methodology and execution by establishing disciplined processes and improving existing revenue operations for efficiency and performance
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience scaling growth-stage technology companies in cloud infrastructure or related markets
  • Strong technical business acumen with familiarity in infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) technologies
  • Player-coach leadership style, comfortable with direct customer engagement and executive strategy
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to assess and improve existing sales and marketing processes for scalability and execution excellence
