Chief Revenue Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue strategies and drive growth in the computer software, computer & network security, and venture capital & private equity industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with growth objectives, market trends, and customer needs
• Mentor and lead the sales team, providing strategic guidance to achieve and exceed sales quotas
• Oversee customer success function to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing accounts

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive revenue leadership experience in SaaS, with at least five years in physical security or cybersecurity software
• A track record of smashing revenue targets and driving growth
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire sales teams
• A strategic mindset, backed by data-driven decision-making
• Private Equity backed Portfolio Company Experience; Exit experience preferred
