Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue strategies and drive growth in the computer software, computer & network security, and venture capital & private equity industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with growth objectives, market trends, and customer needs
- Mentor and lead the sales team, providing strategic guidance to achieve and exceed sales quotas
- Oversee customer success function to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing accounts
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive revenue leadership experience in SaaS, with at least five years in physical security or cybersecurity software
- A track record of smashing revenue targets and driving growth
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire sales teams
- A strategic mindset, backed by data-driven decision-making
- Private Equity backed Portfolio Company Experience; Exit experience preferred
