Job Summary
Leading the transformation of service delivery, the full-time remote Chief Services and Delivery Officer will oversee customer implementation, support, and success operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving the strategic adoption of AI across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Set the enterprise vision for customer delivery, ensuring a consistently exceptional client experience across the full customer lifecycle
- Transform and integrate delivery functions across acquired businesses into a cohesive, scalable enterprise framework
- Drive the integration of AI and automation into implementation workflows to accelerate time-to-value and reduce costs
Required qualifications
- Proven executive leadership experience in large-scale services or customer success organizations within technology-driven environments
- Demonstrated success in transforming and scaling delivery functions across multiple business units or product lines
- Deep expertise in cloud-native, enterprise SaaS delivery models and operational shifts for multi-tenant environments
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership skills with credibility at the executive level
- Strong data and analytics orientation, with experience in operational dashboards and customer health metrics
