A company is looking for a Director, Chief Software Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation for the myQ IoT platform, balancing technical oversight and hands-on work
• Create and maintain an Architectural Roadmap aligning with Software Engineering and Product Roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into cohesive architectural strategies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 12-15+ years of experience in software, systems, or platform architecture
• Proven experience with IoT platforms supporting millions of connected devices
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures, preferably on AWS
• Experience in consumer IoT, smart home, or industrial IoT environments is preferred
