Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Strategy & Operations (CSO) - Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and align the USE Technology Strategy roadmap with business priorities and market trends
• Design and implement an operating model to optimize productivity and ensure effective governance
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and spend management for the USE technology organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, strategy, or operations within large organizations, preferably in healthcare
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps
• Deep understanding of health plan business operations
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Exceptional influencing skills with experience engaging senior executives
