Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Chief Technology Officer to design and build an AI-supported platform for social program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable system architecture and build probabilistic forecasting infrastructure
• Develop risk propagation models and implement sensitivity and stress-testing engines
• Recruit and lead the engineering team while defining development sprints and technical roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of experience in building complex software platforms
• Experience designing full-stack architecture from scratch
• Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong data architecture and analytics experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
