Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and scale its technology strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead the modernization of legacy systems and champion a culture of experimentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical execution and product strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive leadership role
• Proven success in modernizing legacy systems and driving technical innovation
• Strong expertise in designing secure, cost-efficient cloud architectures, particularly in AWS
• Experience in AI/ML tooling and data architecture, with knowledge of relational databases and data pipelines
