Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology roadmap and oversee various engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide architecture and development of automated bare metal and private cloud platforms
• Lead and mentor Engineering, Software, Support, and Infrastructure teams
• Oversee implementation of industry standards for data privacy, security, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation, with experience in OpenStack and Ceph preferred
• Proven experience scaling cloud-native platforms, including networking, storage, and compute
• Experience managing and scaling Engineering teams in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with API first development principles
• Interest and experience in leveraging AI approaches to enhance development processes
