Job Summary

Chief Technology Officer, a full-time leadership role responsible for defining the technical vision and strategy, overseeing engineering execution, and driving innovation in a hybrid remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology strategy, roadmap, and architecture standards across all programs
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices and oversee technical delivery across active contracts
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to government customers and lead technical volumes in proposal efforts

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Proven track record leading engineering teams across diverse disciplines
• Deep proficiency in modern software engineering practices and AI/ML integration
• Experience transitioning R&D or prototype technologies into scalable operational environments
