Job Summary

Leading the technology strategy and innovation roadmap, the hybrid remote Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will develop technology solutions aligned with business goals, oversee cybersecurity practices, and manage IT infrastructure while fostering a client-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the firm's technology stack and innovation strategy, including AI implementation and client technology alignment
• Ensure robust cybersecurity practices and compliance with data privacy regulations while mitigating risks
• Oversee cloud evolution, infrastructure management, and vendor relationships to enhance operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Preferred expertise in industry-standard legal software applications
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at the partnership level and drive technology adoption
